These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the oknn platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and its users ("Member", "you", or "Player"). oknn is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

The following terms are used throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — your personal user account registered on the oknn platform.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds deposited into or won in your account.
• "Bonus" — a welcome bonus or other promotional offer provided by oknn.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on oknn. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or incorrect information is provided, oknn reserves the right to close the account and place any pending payouts on hold.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on oknn is ৳200. Deposits can be made only through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If there are any unfulfilled wagering requirements from an active bonus at the time of the withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

3.3 Identity Verification

oknn may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. A copy of a national ID card or passport and proof of ownership of the payment method may be required. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.4 Refund Policy

Once deposited funds have been used in a game, they are non-refundable. For technical errors or unauthorized transactions, please contact the oknn support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

oknn offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by oknn.
• If a bonus is cancelled after being claimed without fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus funds along with any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If oknn determines that a bonus has been misused or that fraudulent activity has taken place, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.

4.4 Other Promotions

oknn may offer additional promotional offers from time to time. These offers will have their own terms and conditions and will apply alongside these main Terms.

oknn's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher tiers is determined by a player's activity on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active and regular players. oknn reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the oknn platform are operated in a manner that ensures fair play. Any form of cheating, software manipulation, or activity intended to harm other players is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result cannot be determined due to a server or software error, oknn reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount. Claims of winnings arising from technical issues will not be accepted.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

oknn reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings for specific games or bets. This limit will be stated in the relevant game information.

6.4 Right to Void Bets

In cases of data errors, live score discrepancies, or obvious pricing mistakes, oknn may void any bet and return the staked amount.

7.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out by another person using your account will be your responsibility.

7.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the oknn support team immediately. We will do our best to assist in cases of forgotten passwords or hacking.

7.3 SSL Encryption

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oknn platform:

1. Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
2. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting the bonus system.

4. Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
5. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to oknn systems.
6. Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
7. Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, oknn will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9.1 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. If there are any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements at the time of the request, those bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be cancelled.

9.2 Suspension by oknn

oknn reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security-related reasons. Members will be notified of any suspension where reasonably possible.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Break
